Deadlifts (haven't done these in too long):

185x6, 225x6, 245x6, 275x6, 315x1 (FAIL), 295x1, 315x1(FAIL)

apparently I can't deadlift 315 anymore... doh

A few sets of upright rows/overhead presses for shoulders.
