50th post:
Decided to take 4 days off lifting.
Even though my left hamstring still isn't healed, I was still able to do lunges:
Dumbbell Lunges:
2 50's x 6 on each leg
60's x 6
70's x 6
75's x 5
85's x 4
95's x 2
A few sets of seated/standing calf raises.
